While doing one of many daytime activities around the Bar Harbor/MDI area, let us take care of your pup for you!
How it Works….
We have day-boarding available 7 days a week! This is where they are not mixed with other dogs and are in their own private indoor/outdoor runs. We do not take reservations for this, as most daytime activities that are planned are weather dependent. It is a first come-first serve service! Weekends book up faster than weekdays so we recommend getting here on the earlier side. If you are concerned about not getting a slot, give us a call and we can give you an idea of how many spots are open the day before. But, otherwise, you would just show up on the day that you would like them to stay with us, during our AM hours, and then pick up during our PM hours.
What do I need to bring?
We provide all water/food bowls and they also have a bed off the ground, so all you would need to bring would be proof of current rabies, distemper, and bordetella vaccinations!

We do not have the dogs mixed together while they are staying with us, as we have such a diverse group of dogs coming in everyday. They are able to see other dogs throughout the day though their doors and outside fencing but are never in together with others.

The cost for this would be $50/day for one dog, $90 for two dogs sharing a kennel, $120 for three dogs sharing a kennel, and $150 for four dogs sharing a kennel.

After they arrive they will be checked in and able to go into the outer outside areas. They will then come inside to their run. They will have their indoor/outdoor run available and then will spend 30min - 1 hour outside again in the afternoon before pick up.

Their indoor run is a 3'x6' inside run that is attached to a 3'x12' outdoor run by an open doggy door. Both have concrete bases that stay cool. The attached outside runs have a garage door set up so they are able to get fresh air throughout the day without being in direct sunlight and out of any elements.
